The Preserve sits midway between I-5 (Santa Ana Fwy) and Pacific Coast Hwy on Crown Valley Parkway; just above Crown Valley Park in Laguna Niguel.

Hours of Operation

The Preserve is open 7-days a week, 365 days a year from sunrise to sunset. Self guided tours are always free. Annual free guided tours are available to members only. To become a member and schedule your guided tour, please visit our membership link.

Pet Friendly

Dogs are welcome at the Preserve. We only ask that you keep them on a leash and clean up after them.

Weddings and Photography

Wedding and Event Rentals: We do not host events of any kind at this time.

Photography: We welcome photography in the preserve. All professional professional photographers are required to complete the form at the link for each photo/film session and return the form to the Administrative Secretary at Crown Valley Community Center. https://www.cityoflagunaniguel.org/1484/Film-and-Photography-Permit NOTE: Please stay on designated trails at all times.

Free Parking

Visitors should park in the main parking area near the Crown Valley pool. The entrances to Niguel Botanical Preserve are located above the grassy area opposite the pool and above the outdoor amphitheater.
